About me

A young woman with long red hair, wearing a beige and brown shirt, sitting at a table with her arms resting on it, smiling slightly at the camera in an indoor setting with a framed picture and some decor in the background.

I’m Kat Boldt (she/her), a mental health counselor passionate about helping adults navigate life's challenges. I earned my Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University in 2024. My counseling style is all about collaboration and empathy. I integrate approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Therapy into my practice. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your concerns and work towards positive change.
